My job profile as an HR Head with Prozeal Infra Engineering, includes recruitment, salary management, admin work, bit of marketing and now chocolate making too 😛😛
Made these beauties for our Prozeal Team. I like to add a personalized touch to all the gifts whether it be for my staff or even my family. So decided to make these with 4 falvours of chocolates:
1. Barbeque chocolate
2. Crispy chocolate
3. Gooey hazelnut core chocolate
4. Almond core chocolate

Chocolate making is a bit time consuming and even gets a tad bit messy if not done with proper precision. But mom(my mil) is always a huge motivator and a great help, so successfully completed around 250 chocolates.

Dates with weights wishes you all a sweet, chocolaty, happy Diwali and a prosperous New Year!

It is so beautiful to see a doting husband taking so painstaking efforts to get his wife’s bday cake designed. This person, called me so many times just to decide the colours, the toppers and look so that it goes with the gifts that he was surprising his wife with, this bday.
Now, I did have few more options for the colours and designs, but he was very sure about the entire look and wanted it that way only...
so the KING got this made for his QUEEN...

The cutest feedback till date... Few days back I received a call from a friend for banana cake for her little hero. That was on a short notice and I was preparing for a family function at home. But i couldnt say no the the cutie. I could make only around 300 gms with whatever material I could lay my hands on. Couldn’t even take a picture.
But the feedback was in the form of an audio message which was
“Thank you Ritika aunty, I eat the cake, the cake was very yum!”
I couldnt stop smiling away listening to this. Thank you Neha Saraf Reengusia for letting Arnam give me his feedback.

My regular client and a good friend, is very careful as to what is good for her kid. And this cake has been her favourite... ordering it for the 3rd or 4th time...
she trusts me with this recipe and always sends a cute feedback picture of the empty board.
So this went for her little one’s birthday!

When my friend and a regular client called me, it was for her husband’s bday cake.
She wanted it very simple with just a scaffold structure and two figurines in the side.(papa and toddler twinning and bonding).
The structure on the cake looks very simple but making that out of toothpicks was a task. Used a glue gun for the first time and guess who came to my rescue??? Hubby dear- manan thakkar! Thanks for being there for me.

Flavour is dark chocolate and hazelnut.
4 layers of chocolate sponge filled with dark chocolate ganache and hazelnuts.

I always try new types of cakes for my momz bday... so this time it was ‘chalk board cake’.
On the sides, I poured out my feelings for her-
Our inspiration, our pillar of joy, our lifeline, confidant and lots of love!
I can never skip a chance to use real flowers on my cake!

Its been a long looong time... ofcourse because I was vacationing in the most beautiful country of the world... totally enjoying the cold, the greenery, the food and what not...
And when it comes to food, we got the opportunity to try different cuisines and meet different gourmet chefs who are handling their restaurants and cafes pretty well...
It is really strange that for a person like me who is not a big ice cream fan, yearns and craves to eat ice creams, desserts and gelatos whenever and wherever i can grab it...
So posting here few pics with our delicacies(only few coz half of the times we were too quick in biting into it or gulping it down)
And yessss i totally loved the fruits and vegetables there.. their freshness, crunchiness and taste were to die for...

I remember when we were in school, we used to be excited for 25th December more for Nisarg's bday party than for Christmas! 😁
So today after 11 years of finishing school, when Prashansa, (Nisarg's wife) called me for a bday cake, I couldn't be more happier...
So the theme was to show his new look with the beard, the moustache, goggles and cap.
Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I really had to make the cake in a rush but it turned out cuter and more 'dude' -er than expected!
