Yet another one … summer friendly.. seasonal best .. …Did this table for a leading Car Spa company…a bunch of buddies getting together.. and celebrating n all they wanted was minimal decor … also light but filling and palatable food …. so here i go … my recipe books were opened and a new menu was created… some of the options on the table were- Mango ravioli, sweet potato n paneer stacks with sour cream, coffee hazelnut pudding, idli pizza .. pomelo salad … n more … thank you for the trust …im glad u guys enjoyed the spread…

Grazing Table done for a 40th birthday celebration… gals night out … super happy with how the whole table turned out …from the food to the decor to the presentation….I loved it all .. truly said .. practice makes a man perfect… with every table that i work on .. i feel its more beautifully done than the previous one !! with a heart truly filled with gratitude to my patrons who put a lot of trust on my skills ..( grazing tables, food , mini foods, bite sized food, finger foods, events, celebrations,feasting )

What a beautiful opportunity the new year got us ….we are bakers n but expertize in finger foods n grazing tables too , but we do the decor of ur tables on our own as we believe in our aesthetics.. n style.. table styling is an art and adds value as presentation is a must … so here’s an opportunity we got and welcomed with open arms … We decorated a grazing table for a newly opened cafe on Sindhu Bhawan Road.. , the tablescaping was done by us n food by them .. Thank for the trust n love always… Cheers to new beginnings… like literally…( table styling, grazing tables, table decor, food styling, asthetics, presentation, table scapes, life of a baker)

Not just a chocolate tea cake … Unveiling our MAHUA RAGI CHOCOLATE CAKE…. yes u heard it right !! the key ingredients here are MAHUA and RAGI n believe me , it tastes yummmm …Mahua a flower grown in rural India works as a natural sweetener.. n thus this is a sugar free bake …This cake tastes awesome with its earthy notes from mahua,richness from ragi and creamy chocolate. ( ragi, mahua, teacake, healthy,luscious,madeinahmedabad)
