Masala Chai Cheese Pie...with elaichi rusk flavoured pie crust!!

For Pie crust

‌180 gms all purpose flour
‌2 tbsp powdered sugar
‌pinch of salt
‌few drops ossoro elaichi rusk flavour
‌90 gms cold butter
‌1 TSP vinegar
‌2-3 TSP ice cold water

For cream cheese filling

‌200 gms cream cheese
‌25 gms castor sugar
‌125 gms sweetened condensed milk
‌a few drops ossoro masala chai flavour
‌1/2 TSP lemon juice
‌80 gm whipped cream

Cinnamon sugar for garnish
