Back Story :-

(Conversation between me and Karan Singh ji, and he says me that )

" Palak Ji aaj meri wife ka birthday hai "

(He is calling me in noon around 1:30 or so, and has requested me to make Cake for him, as he has forgotten his wife's birthday)

" Sir, abhi to possible nahi ho payega, because aap ko sham ko to cake chahiye hoga, so sorry "

(He was one who gave me my first order for his daughter on completion of 1 year Doll Cake, and now his wife.. On his constant approach I will try)

It's a new concept in the world of Cakes.. "Pani Puri Cake" .
So basically I don't like so of sweets and stuff.. so got an idea, how about I make cake of Pani Puri as it's my favorite dish.. .
So here I present myself with khatta, mittha, tekkha Pani with lots Cream...

It's a small cake designed to serve one person, which may be baked in a small thin paper or aluminum cup.

(This is what my husband told me while cutting me in between) "I want my cupcakes and not a history on that" 😏🙄😬

Lotus seeds aka Makhana ..

1) They are low in cholesterol, fat and sodium.
This makes them an ideal snack to satiate those in-between meal hunger pangs..

2) They are beneficial to those suffering from high blood pressure, heart diseases and obesity due to their high magnesium and low sodium content..

3) Lotus seeds contain a lot of vitamin-B complexes, low calories and a lot of fibre which can be used by pregnant ladies..

Can be made with little twist..
Here I have made Caramelized Sesame Makhana & Tangy Flavored Makhana..
