Garden wedding חתונה בגינה
לפני חג סוכות, מה שנדמה היום כתקופה אחרת מעולם אחר, באו אלי ענבר ועידן לפגישת טעימות. בפגישה דיברנו בשמחה ובהתרגשות על עיצובים יפים וטעמים מיוחדים לעוגת החתונה שלהם.
אחרי שמחת תורה, בתוך כל הכאב והחרדה שהגיעו בעקבות האסון בדרום, הבנו שכל התכניות וההכנות דינם להשתנות.
אחרי אינסוף לבטים ושינויים בתכניות, החליטו בני הזוג המתוקים, באומץ רב יש לומר, לקיים את החתונה למרות הכל, כשלושה שבועות לאחר התאריך המקורי.
חתונה במתכונת מצומצמת מאוד, על הדשא בגינה של ההורים ועם הרבה געגועים לחברים ובני משפחה מגוייסים.
וכמה שמחתי שהחליטו לא לוותר על החלום של עוגת חתונה, שלמרות היותה במתכונת מצומצמת, עדיין יפה ומשמחת.
וזו היתה הדרך שלהם וגם אני איתם, לומר לכל מבקשי רעתנו -

Before Chag Sukkot, which today seems like a different time from another world, Inbar and Idan came to me for a tasting meeting. At the meeting, we happily and excitedly talked about beautiful designs and special flavors for their wedding cake.
After Simchat Torah, amid the grief and anxiety that followed the terrorist attack in the south, we realized that all plans and preparations had to change.
After endless thoughts and changes in plans, the sweet couple decided, with great courage, one must say, to hold the wedding despite everything, about three weeks after the original date.
A wedding in a limited format, on the grass in the parents' garden and missing some friends and family members in the army far away.
I was so happy that they decided not to give up on the dream of a wedding cake, though in a limited format, was still beautiful and special.
This was their way, and I with them, to say to all our enemies -
Am Israel Chai!
