🎭 Purim is a week away, which means I am currently hitting the most exciting and stressful point of the season.

🥳 The excitement is easy: I love seeing orders come in and knowing these packages are going to spread some much-needed light across Israel.

🥴 The stress is the spreadsheets.

🤪 👩‍🍳 I’m a baker, not a data analyst, and I’ve never been a numbers person. But running a business means there is no avoiding the logistics. Between a lot of coffee, some help from AI, and my husband keeping me sane, I’m managing to stay on top of the data entry so I can get back to the kitchen.

Pre Rosh Hashana this year has been a different experience.

I've been blessed that as my business grows, I have been able, also with the help of donations, to support miluim and bereaved families (as much as I wish there weren't any to support!!).
