Our artisanal bread is handmade in small batches, with challah being taken. Its sole ingredients are flour, water, and salt - not a litany of ingredients and preservatives. It is naturally fermented and leavened, breaking down starches and gluten and leaving the consumer with healthier and easier-to-digest bread. And it tastes much better than the industrial bread readily available in the supermarket. Our coffee is sustainably and ecologically roasted and supports local Ethiopian businesswomen. Our sourdough wh***ey chocolate chip cookies are 70grams each, are dairy, made with free-range, organic eggs, and finished with Maldon Salt.
