We are proud to present our newest addition to our product range: Nina Laffa medium and Nina Laffa cocktail. The Laffa medium fits perfectly into the food culture of the Middle East with vegetables, hummus and falafel. The Nina Laffa cocktail is perfect for (airline) catering, the gastronomy that focuses on sharing food, and for restaurants that would like to expand their menu of smaller snacks.

The Nina Laffa medium has a diameter of 25 cm and a weight of 95 grams per piece. The Nina Laffa cocktail has a diameter of 6 cm and a weight of 10 grams per piece.

The story of Nina Bakery begins about 80 years ago when in 1936 Nasri Naama founded the bakery with the desire to produce artisan pita - pita produced in a slow and unique process in a stone oven, using only natural ingredients and quality raw materials.

Since Nina’s onstart, Nasri's desire has been to "produce the best pita in the world." He developed a patent for an automatic baking oven and in 1964, a patent for an automatic production process and later a number of technologies including a process of freezing pitas that keep them fresh.

Today, the bakery, which is located in Haifa, is run by Nasri’s sons, Pierre and Munir. They export the pitas to over 30 years countries around the world, including Israel, USA, Netherlands, Japan, Spain, France, Spain and other countries.

The bakery includes a large variety of pitas of all sizes, and flavours, from white flour to whole wheat flour, low-calorie pitas, low-calorie pitas, cocktail pitas and other products. Our products come baked and frozen and stay fresh for 18 months.

Forget the burgers and steaks. This internationally inspired grilled meat-on-a-stick is your passport around the globe and back again.

The word kebab may mean large cubes of meat on a stick to you, but this popular Middle Eastern dish is actually made with a seasoned ground or minced meat mixture, pressed around a large, flat metal skewer. This allows more even cooking and more surface area for delicious charring.

Here is a nice twist to the meat on a stick:

250 grams of ground lamb
One egg
A teaspoon of mustard
Half a red pepper without seeds
2 cloves garlic
Tablespoon of olive oil
A tablespoon of red wine vinegar
Ground cucumber
Salt, pepper and mint to taste
Serve with Nina's White Flour Pita
