Golden Herb & Celery Bread Stuffing - perfectly served with roast chicken and a fresh green salad ☀️🍗🥗

What you need:
• Ryans White Sliced Pan
• 1 onion diced
• 2–3 celery sticks, finely chopped
• A large handful fresh parsley
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• Chicken stock
• Salt & black pepper

Instructions:
• Cube the bread & lightly toast until slightly crisp.
• Cook the onion & celery gently in butter until soft and fragrant.
• Mix the toasted bread with the cooked vegetables, parsley, thyme, salt & pepper.
• Add enough chicken stock to lightly moisten everything without making it soggy.
• Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180°C until golden.
