This is Brian (his name means strong), he has been hanging out in Brisbane, but he will be coming to the party with a wheel of Black Bomber cheese , a strong cheddar matured in the Snowdonia mountains, made with pasteurised cows milk, which he’ll be picking up in Wales on his way, he’s also stopping by Cêline’s Homemade Cooking for some Christmas Chutney to go with his cheese, he will also have a couple of bottles of Zinfandel and grapes

This little man is Aaron, and he has been living in Azerbaijan, ( his name means mountain) but he is stopping off in Austria Alps on his way home to pick up a massive wheel of Alpine cheese.

He’s also stopping off at Cêline’s Homemade Cooking to pick up some Sticky Fig and Port Chutney to pair with his cheese, he will also be bring a bottle of Pinot Noir.

ADVENT CALANDER 2025 - Day 1.

We used to live near a family of Gonks, they have travelled the world and settled near and far. They are having a family reunion this Christmas and their favourite food is CHEESE.

They have all agreed to bring something different to the table and so we will be telling you what cheese each of them are bringing and what they are going to pair it with. Promises to be a great party.

This is Mac, he has been living in Mauritania, his name means Son Of, and he is bringing a wheel of Mossfield Mediterranean cheese. This cheese is a ‘son of’ their Farmhouse cheese.

Mediterranean Cheese is a beautiful creamy Gouda style cheese with flavour you’d associate with the Mediterranean, one of our most popular cheese. It is made with organic cows milk from the lush green pastures of Clareen, Co Offaly.

Mac is also bringing some of Cêline’s Homemade Cooking Christmas Chutney, a dry Rose bottle of wine and some olives.
