This is my trinity loaf, made with a blend of
No.4 organic white flour and organic wholemeal flour, sea salt and water

It won first prize at the Tullamore Show last year and has been a firm favourite with customers.

When I'm not busy being a mum to two kids or working my 9-5 job, I make these beautiful and nutritious sourdough breads for people in my local area.

Made with just flour, water, and salt - you won't find anything more than that in my loaves... except maybe a whole lot of TLC ๐Ÿฅฐ
