Sophie's Taste Creations Customized cakes with passion. Highly experienced in delicious gluten and sugar free cakes. I am a mom of two kids, a mechanical engineer and a pastry chef.

Baking is my passion. I mainly bake gluten-free and sugar-free (occasionally dairy-free and vegan) desserts and cakes. My son was born with a very serious gut disease and the key to his recovery was the healthy diet. That’s why I had to create and develop a lot of recipes which are free from gluten and sugar, healthy and delicious too. I always aspire to use as many vegetables, fruits and fibre as
