Tłusty czwartek aka Fat Thursday is when Polish people eat an enormous amount of... Doughnuts! 🍩
Sooo how many have you eaten today? 😋

✨ Three of our favourite fillings:
🌹 Traditional rose marmalade
🍫 Plum marmalade topped with grated chocolate
🍓 Strawberry jam topped with candied orange peel

Kerry Deli is our original recipe 😊 It quickly became one of your favourite breads! It's not sourdough, but still a long fermented one. It's perfect for those who like bread for sandwiches & one with a milder flavour.

Big & fluffy cinnamon buns 🤤 topped with loads of proper (our original) cream cheese icing 👌🏻 No matter how many we bake, you still want more 😅 that's the best compliment you could give us! 🙏🏻🥰

Our one & only cinnamon buns are available every Saturday at Tralee Farmers Market (Brandon car park, we're in the 💙 blue gazebo, in the corner next to the motor tax office, across from Aidan's big veggie stall).
