Today I was fortunate to be chosen to make the Birthday cake for Coco. Coco is a very loved woof and so the cake had to be woof safe. This is the result, a carrot, banana, honey gluten free cake, iced with fresh cream, cream cheese frosting and the 4 is a biscuit made with oats

A new item on my menu, Irish Biscuit Cake, absolutely delicious, I had never tasted them before but now I am a fan, a definite fan. I made 20 cuppycakes from this recipe.... 10 topped with whipped fresh cream and 10 topped with buttercream, this is what they look like and they sell @€1.80 each.
