Busy week preparing for this years annual Strokestown Show that’s taking place this Saturday 14th. You will find me in the food and drinks fair marquee this year for some tasty treats 😋

🌿 Tall 3 Tier wedding Cake 🌿

This stunning 3 tier was finished with 18 ct edible gold foil, fresh roses, baby’s breath, greenery and ribbon. Very simple but effective decor 🌷🌿

A stunning extra tall 2 tier wedding from last October 🤍

This cake was an 8” Belgian chocolate biscuit cake with crunchie, and a 6” gluten free vanilla sponge with strawberry jam. All finished with a homemade vanilla buttercream icing

🎄Strokestown Christmas Market Update 🎄

Thanks to all your amazing support on my recent post, I have now secured a place at the Strokestown Christmas Markets this Friday the 15th of December. I will be there from 4pm selling lots of your favourite sweet treats so be sure to call in. I’m only there the one night, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Again I just want to thank you all for your kindness and support always, it really means so much to me, and this wouldn’t have happened without you! So Thank you!

Tall 3 tier wedding cake from back in April 🤍

It’s been far too long since Iv posted on here. Lots of catching up to do!

This cake is as finished with textured icing, silver edible foil and a variety of fresh flowers and greenery to match the brides bouquet. Loved creating it!
