Having trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and spent several years baking and cooking professionally in Dublin I launched Hawthorn Bakehouse in 2020 after returning to my native Sligo. I make small batches of delicious brownies and cookies, always using the best quality ingredients and then ship them beautifully packaged nationwide to you fantastic fans of delectable bakes. n until 10pm each Sunday, and your treats are then baked to order for delivery the following week. We then ship orders via DPD's Overnight Service each Wednesday. Our bakes make the perfect treat for yourself, or whoever you want to gift with a little something sweet and delicious to make their day!
