Creating unique one off cakes is a passion for me, I spend hours on every commission, every client and every cake.

Because creating bespoke one-off designs is so important to me and to allow myself the time needed for the design process, I will only take on a strict number of cakes per year and absolutely only one wedding cake a week. This is so that each cake and client can have my undivided attention allowing us together to create your dream cake.

Haven’t baked in a little while, but always happy to come out of retirement for a friend and definitely love an excuse to try a new cake trend! Fault Line Cakes, I really really like how these look, perfectly imperfect! Gluten free lemon sponge, vanilla buttercream and fresh raspberries! Admittedly the raspberries were a late addition to fix some sinkage...🙈🙈 but I’m sure Pat & Nora who are celebrating 50 golden years of marriage won’t mind, what an achievement. Hope they had an amazing day and enjoy the celebrations today!
