Established by Redmond Kennedy in January 2014 Classic Crepes is a Mobile Creperie Business operating out of funky Classic Citroen HY Vans. Redmond has a background in the restaurant trade and comes from one of Dublin’s oldest and most respected Bakery family’s namely Kennedy’s Bread, well know throughout the 1900’s. Redmond attended a well renowned Crepe Cookery School in Brittany to learn everyt
hing there is to know about Crepes & Gallettes and he is also a qualified Barista. Classic Crepes specializes Sweet Crepes – try our 74% Dark Belgian Chocolate and Savory Galettes – try our Caprese with mozzarella, sundried tomato’s, Pesto and fresh Basil. We use in season and locally sourced produce where possible. Our coffee is produced for us by an Artisan Roaster here in Ireland. Our beans are of Brazilian, Ethiopian and Nicaraguan origin and each of the three varietal are roasted separately every Monday and then blended. You will find us on Dun Laoghaire Pier, The Green Door Food Market and monthly Flea and various gatherings and festivals. Our funky Citroen HY vans have been painstaking and beautifully restored, reconditioned and fitted out as Mobile Creperies and /or Food trucks. The vans can be booked for any occasion including weddings, parties, corporate events, special occasions and they are also available to Hire for TV/Media appearances and Promotion activity.
