Hello June! Our muffin of the month is here, and if you liked the strawberry ones, you’ll be sure to love these. Blackberry jam and blackberry bits in the muffin, topped with creamy frosting and a drizzle of blackberry jam. They look pretty and taste delicious!

Open Day at Comeragh Wilderness Academy is coming up, and it will be a fun time, so mark your calendars! We will be closed all day on 6 June to allow our staff to be at the academy for the event. A selection of baked goods will be available there. We hope to see you!
