We celebrated our eldest daughter’s 16th birthday over the weekend the best way we know how…making homemade veggie pizzas!
We used Piero’s homemade pizza bases from the freezer (lifesaver 🙌) and topped them with some seriously delicious flavours inspired by and .ie’s Dec’s hot honey.
Starting with Pestle Mortar Basil Pesto, goats cheese, mozzarella, Dec’s hot honey & microgreens recipe.
And a classic margherita with semi sun-dried tomatoes, eggs, a drizzle of Pestle Mortar Pesto & more of that sweet hot honey.
And no birthday is complete without cake 🎂 from one of our favourites, in Dun Laoghaire. A delicious cake selection of cheesecakes, large cake slices, choc biscuit cake, macarons, and brownie slices 🤤
