Hi everyone!

Don’t forget about our planned event this Saturday, 18th January. Here’s the plan:

📍 Meeting Point: ADHD Cafe, Savoy Lane, Newcastle.

🕧 Time: Departing at 12:30.
We’ll gather at the cafe and head out for a refreshing social walk along the promenade.

After our walk, we’ll return to the cafe to relax and enjoy some refreshments together. It’s a great opportunity to connect, chat and unwind in a supportive and friendly environment.
