For 145 years, our ovens have been the heartbeat of this business. From our founding in 1880 to the present day, we have had the immense privilege of being part of your daily lives, your family celebrations, and your morning routines.
To our staff: You are the hands and hearts that made this bakery what it is. Your hard work and craft have been our greatest asset. To our suppliers: Thank you for your decades of partnership and reliability. And to our customers: Thank you for choosing us, generation after generation.
We close this chapter with nothing but gratitude for the century and a half of memories we’ve shared together."
