I can’t wait to be back at Glaslough market next Saturday! I’ll have all ready to give you your cookie fixes😂

Unfortunately I won’t have doughnuts but I’ll have:
- lots of cookies,
- limited amount of bread
- the trusty savoury rolls and
- I can’t promise… but hopefully some truffles😍😍🥳

I’ll be bringing all the goodies; cookies, doughnuts, savoury rolls, chunky hunks and if I can get it made on time - granny mc’s bread!🥰

📣Announcement 📣

It’s a bit of a sad one actually🙈

As you’ll hear, I’m actually going to be slowing down The Handy Baker. I’ve been offered an opportunity in full time employment that was just too good to say no to and while I amalgamate my life which is kind of across two countries, this will make a big difference!

As a result, it does mean that I won’t be able to maintain Monaghan Farmer’s market on a Friday😩Where I can I will definitely still keep up markets on weekends etc so keep an eye on socials to stay updated as to where I’ll be and when.

I just want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone who supported me over this time! 🥹🙌🏻Every cookie, doughnut, loaf etc that was purchased made me smile from ear to ear and I can’t thank you all enough.

It’s not the end I promise you that❤️

Is that some NEW-ness??😍 This is a little toffee crisp beauty that’ll be available TOMROROW🥳

A milk chocolate NYC cookie with toffee crisp submerged throughout the mixture, drizzled with homemade caramel and topped with another toffee crisp lump! I really like these, lovely little crisp but in each bite that sets it apart😍

I feel like I’ve been away for AGES so can’t wait to see you all tomorrow at Monaghan Farmer’s Market from 10-2pm🥳🥰

I’d be ashamed to admit how much of this stuff I’ve actually eaten already this morning😂🙈 All set up and stocked up here in Glaslough today, the sun is shining and it’s glorious! 🌞😍

There is so much choice here, definitely worth coming to have a little mooch!
