Fancy learning to make your own sourdough? 🍞

We have a few spaces remaining for our next Sourdough Workshop at Hillside Bakery on Saturday 24th October.

Come and spend the morning with us learning the whole sourdough process in a relaxed, friendly and hands-on environment. You don’t need any previous experience — we’ll take you through everything step by step, from understanding and feeding your starter to mixing, folding, shaping and preparing your own loaf.

And the best part? You’ll take home your own dough to bake and all the knowledge you need to continue your sourdough journey at home.

We’re delighted to announce that our Saturday, 7 November workshop is now SOLD OUT! 🎉

There are only a few spaces remaining for our other upcoming dates, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time to book.

Thank you so much to everyone who booked—we’re really looking forward to welcoming you this Saturday.
