To mark the Rás passing through Mitchelstown we will be running a Rás special of ‘Paris Breast’!🚴‍♀️

Created in 1910 to celebrate the famous Paris–Brest–Paris cycling race, this French pastry is shaped like a bicycle wheel and filled with rich praline cream. Ours is made with light choux pastry, crunchy toasted praline and silky hazelnut praline cream🌰🍰
