A food cover for my microwave. I was listening to the radio talking about micro plastics. They were saying that it's not good to use plastic when heating food. So I thought I'd try making myself a cover to use in the microwave.

Just finished putting all the features on my salt pigs including their curly tail. They need to dry now before they go into the first of two kiln firings.

I love the ideas of hidden worlds, so I'm working on creating the feel of a crack in the surface giving you the ability to see into these hidden worlds. These still a work in progress, so hopefully I'll be able to show you the results in a few weeks.

My new style éadrom mugs are available now on my website. They are created with a technique that makes them thin and lightweight. It is a wonderful combination of sumptuous glazes and slip decoration with wild clay.
