We’ll be recreating a one-tier version of a recent two tier cake I made that was just adorable— focusing on elegant, versatile skills you can use again and again in your own cake work.

On the day you’ll learn:

🎀 How to cover a dummy cake & board neatly
🐻 Teddy & balloon modelling details
🎀 A delicate flower paste bow
🤍 Clean striped finish for a polished look
A relaxed, creative full-day workshop (10am–4pm)
🍽️ Lunch included
🎂 All materials provided

€275 per person

This class is perfect for beginners! No previous experience is needed—I'll guide you through every step in a relaxed, friendly environment.

During our Lambeth Piping Cake Class, you'll learn how to: 🎂 Split, fill and stack a real cake 🧈 Achieve a smooth, flawless buttercream finish ✨ Pipe classic Lambeth designs including shells, frills and other beautiful details 💬 Ask as many questions as you like along the way

With only a small number of spaces available

For little Éabha's first birthday, I created this elegant blush pink cake featuring a handcrafted teddy bear topper, delicate balloons, soft fondant bow, and a gift-box-inspired design that’s almost too pretty to cut.

Every detail was made by hand, turning a special milestone into a centrepiece that tells a story of love, joy, and celebration.

The best part of my job? Knowing that cakes like this become part of family memories that will be treasured long after the last slice is gone.
