After spending 6 months expanding my love and knowledge of baking, learning from Michelin star pastry chefs, I am now sharing this love with all of you. My business is all about providing delicious desserts/ pastries and sweet treats for all occasions. Catering for dinner parties, afternoon teas, ladies lunches etc.

Such a busy weekend, Wouldnt have it any other way!
Naked three tier wedding cake - bottom layer of lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon frosting. Middle layer of spiced carrot cake with lemon frosting and top layer of chocolate and almond sponge with vanilla frosting.

Death by chocolate cake - choc biscuit base, topped with choc fudge cake coated in choc frosting with ganache topping and chocolate decoration.
