I know I haven’t posted here in over a year. Thanks for all the well wishes I’ve had in the intervening time and I’m flattered by all the comments from those missing my cakes! Just to update you on my situation, within the last few months I’ve actually been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis so that explains what was going on with my health last year!! I’m doing okay, looking after myself, but there’s still the occasional cake being made because there’s always a birthday coming up in this house 😂 Here’s a few photos!

Hi all! It’s been a crazy week! I’ve just spent most of the last week in hospital being prodded, poked and scanned. It was not fun and on the whole was a little scary! Thankfully the worst case scenarios have been ruled out but the whole experience has been a bit of a wake up call!! It’s time for me to be a little bit kinder to myself and to learn how to say NO for a change!! There’ll still be the occasional cake photo here because there’s always a birthday coming up in this house, but I’m afraid the order book is closed!
