How our bakery name be come Anele's Lilac Bakery? It is simple.. My grandmother was very nice, hard working nanny, her name was Anele, she use to grow everything from garden to berries to flowers.. She was making her own jams, cheese, butter (of
course forgot to say that she had cow is well :) ) and of course she had big massive lilac trees. All memories just come back to me now, I will never forget her. Of memories of her, I named my little daughter ANELE. Now she is nine
years old (2021) and yes.. we have two lilac trees planted all ready!!! The every year come back with beautiful flowers and awesome smell..
