Absolutely delighted to have won the soda bread competition held Limerick Milk Market as part of the Linger food festival today.
I've been making the traditional soda bread for years.I also incorporated my traditional bread into my business logo, designed by my talented sister Allyson Keehan

Thank you to the judges and Mayor John Moran of Limerick
Who presented me with a beautiful wooden bowl made in limerick.

My Grandmother and great grandmother were apart of the milkmarket traders in the early 60's selling vegetables for years,so today was extra special for me.

I am very lucky to have great bakers and cooks in the family, my nana Griffin with her famous apple tart and pavlovas. My mam has helped me ever since I started with great tips and lots of chats about methods and recipes 🥰

Announcement for Adare market!!

Due to the village hall renovations commencing soon we will be relocating.
NEW LOCATION: Station Rd, Adare beside the entrance for centra.

🌸5th of September will be our last day outside the village hall😢
After nearly 20 years at this location,I have met so many wonderful people and gained the best loyal customers, which i can safely say are friends at this stage.
I always look forward to every Saturday morning, even if I arrive to the market tired after the early starts,i soon meet my customers and the laughing and chats begin.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the 20 years and I hope you will still visit me and Ray at the new location.

🌸 I hope we will be eventually returning to the village hall when works are complete!
