My aim is to produce quality Sourdough bread & treats using as much local/Irish/Organic ingredients as possible.

Experimenting with a healthier version of ‘millionaire’s squares’ - just a few ingredients.. dates, almonds, maple syrup, coconut oil & 70% dark chocolate.. Might put them on as a special at some stage..
