So-Doh! is a new Sourdough bakery in Renvyle, Connemara.

My aim is to produce quality Sourdough bread & treats using as much local/Irish/Organic ingredients as possible.

Love this time of year when I have time to experiment again. I arrived home from Bia bo finne- Inishbofin food festival full of inspiration after attending a fabulous workshop by Marie The Sea Gardener Really pleased with my first test bake of sourdough baguettes using Marie’s sea w**d mix. **d

As a visual artist I exhibited in for over 20 years.. About 5 years ago ‘sourdough’ took over my life.. I miss not being part of this fabulous festival. Watch this space for Clifden Arts Space ‘27..!
In the meantime these freshly baked organic sourdough loaves will be Coyles in Clifden from 12.30 today.
