We're thrilled to share that Jinny's has been selected as one of 14 businesses nationwide to take part in FBD Insurance's 2026 Fuelling Business Dreams campaign - an incredible opportunity for us to get some expert help spreading the word about what we do!

FBD loved our story - from our first week baking just 16 soda breads to now producing thousands of loaves every week and supplying great businesses like Supermac's, The Morrison Hotel, Kilronan Castle, Lough Rynn, the Sheraton, and the Hodson Bay Hotel, to name just a few.

We are so grateful to all of our wonderful local shops that have been supporting us since 2003, we couldn't have grown our business without your support and we really appreciate it.

In the past few years, our new range of bakery mixes, and granola has been listed nationwide with some of Ireland's largest retailers - and we're not stopping there. We're working on growing our online store so that anyone in Ireland can bake a bit of Jinny's bread at home. You can find us at www.jinnys.ie

As part of the campaign, Jinny's will be featured in the Irish Independent Weekender magazine, on local radio, across social media and in FBD offices - and keep an eye out for us on a massive billboard on the N4 near Boyle!

We're delighted to repost this video from the legendary Timmy Mallett following his stay in one of our 2 bedroom cottages.

Timmy has been great for Leitrim Tourism and the number of kind comments, shares and views has been amazing.

He enjoyed breakfast Jinny's Bakery & Tearooms where Sinead and Pascal chatted to him about all the amazing places he could visit in the area.

He was very impressed with Drumshanbo and Leitrim and promised to return soon. Unfortunately the weather wasn't as kind as the people but I think he got to see some sunshine a few days later.
