Our Brown Butter Chocolate Chip NY Cookies, lovingly crafted in small batches to ensure each cookie is made to perfection. What makes ours different? Before we even combine the ingredients we brown real butter, turning the milk solids into ' beurre de noisette" giving our butter a realy nutty warm flavour, add this with brown and white sugar, premium vanilla extract and free range eggs before finally incorporating Belgian chocolate callets. We fridge our dough to allow the flour to absorb moisture before we bake. It's a science..
