You have to question out loud the decision makers at Irish water. "Let's work on the pipelines during the two hottest days/nights of the year." Water interruptions throughout the night and the night ahead. The bakery is over 50 celcius and can't be worked in during the day. So let's work through the night I'd say . Easy.... No,says Irish water, we will switch off the supply until 7 am minimum... Scheduled maintenance on the days of a forecasted heatwave.... I swear the incompetence of decision makers is mind blowing. And this is not only from a business point of view,let's not even begin to mention family life....
