I'm going to be taken a break for a little while from cakes and orders ..

To just say that I am forced greatful for everyone ordering and supporting me through the past few years with been made part of your specialnday of weddings christenings baby showers etc all the major events in life birthdays or just ordering cupcake boxes ...

This isn't goodbye but simply taken a break

Hmmm maybe red velvet cookies to start off the new year ??? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

The weather isnt helping but it's helping my cake brain and now I'm deconstructing cakes into cookies like those big chunky cookies you won't be able to finish unless you had a cuppa tea 😂😂

So if I can accomplish the red velvet imagine the likes of biscoff chocolate double chocolate white chocolate ... The list is endless .... Watch this space sprinkles

Ohh it's beginning to look alot like Christmas ...

Finally the last of my cupcake orders are complete same with any last minute cakes I've done ... And as you can see I've been ever so good that santy braught me an edible printer a little bit earlier this year and I've been having hours of fun 😍😍😍

Absolutely in love with it and it means I can personalise cupcakes and cakes that little bit more 😍

Christmas cupcake boxes are available to order

€15 a box or two for €25 these are limited orders only so first come first serve basis

All boxes must be collected when time is allocated as time over the Christmas period will be tight

First of all can we all say a huge congratulations to the happy couple who got married during the week ...

This fabulous dark teal wedding cake with gold leaf and white flowers absolutely stunning and we have the Disney element in here also

Top tier is raspberry and white chocolate
With a raspberry white chocolate sponge and a white chocolate buttercream with a raspberry sauce centre

The bottom tier is red velvet with a mascarpone cream filling to die for

Also we have her m**s fruit cake with marzipan and fobdant icing

For oiche shamhna this year I decided to switch up my names and flavours of cupcakes

So we had coconut and slime a fabulous coconut cupcake with a lime and coconut buttercream decorated with coconut and green lime flavored white chocolate ganache

Death by chocolate a rich chocolate fudge cupcake with a smooth creamy vanilla orange buttercream with Halloween sprinkles

Lemon meringue ghost a fluffy light lemon cupcake with a tangy lemon buttercream and zesty home made lemon curd finished with a meringue ghost

Death velvet a red velvet cake with a Oreo buttercream decorated with Halloween sweets

Eton death a strawberry and vanilla rippled cupcake topped with strawberry vanilla rippled Swiss meringue buttercream topped with a crunchy cocoa meringue

Brains cup cake
A delicious light fluffy vanilla cupcake topped with a strawberry ripple buttercream to represent the brains
