Today, after six years, I closed the door on Blasta . I've enjoyed it all and will miss it but it's time for a change. Thanks so much to all my regulars for sticking with me! And thanks to everyone who ever popped in for a packet of biscuits or an eclair on the run ... Its so important to support local businesses.

All outstanding cake orders (there are a good few!) will still be looked after don't worry 😊

I've had a few enquiries recently so just as a guide, the most popular cake which is 9" sponge with buttercream filling and fondant icing is €60. Other sizes or flavours may vary in price, and more complicated decoration will cost a little more.

Fully booked now until Christmas 🎄

I think this one is my favourite! Madeira sponge with vanilla buttercream filling. Everything handmade - including the 🐘🎈!
