CHRISTMAS MARKET AT 🎄

What a lovely afternoon at The Palm today! A really relaxed atmosphere with lots of other local small businesses, too!

I'll be back at the market next Sunday from 12-3pm so don't worry if you didn't make it today!

I'm over the moon to announce that I'll be at on Sundays 8th and 15th December!

I'll not only have my new, limited edition Christmas Sensory Doughs but there will also be a selection of general doughs for purchase! From pastel pink to blueberry blue and lots inbetween!

All my doughs are silky smooth and scented; handmade by me just for you and your little ones!

Summer Doughs ✨🌈

Hello! It's been such a busy few months, but I am back with a selection of summer-themed sensory playdoughs! Here's a sneak peek of our pink strawberry dream 🍓

The entire summer collection also includes pastel yellow mango and gorgeous pastel green melon (not pictured).

Now available in round screw top tins individually or as a kit. Our kits include:

• 1 x tin of playdough
• 1 x cutter and stamper
• Additional, themed loose parts to enhance play

Individual tins are €6 or a kit is €10.

Did you know that our play dough comes in kits as well as in single tins? Even a single tin of play dough offers so many benefits for your child's development.

1) Language:

Toddlers just love poking and rolling and stretching and pulling; all things they can do when playing with play dough! Naming these  actions as they do them is a great way to encourage language development. 

2) Fine Motor Muscle:

And whilst they're rolling and squashing, those tiny hand muscles are getting a good workout! Making play dough shapes is a great way of building up that hand dexterity and this works on their hand eye coordination too.

3) Role Play and Imagination:

A simple ball of play dough can be used to create a new character, an animal or person, even a mountain, a volcano or a car! 

What can your child use alongside the play dough (our kits provide additional parts for play, but the below can be added for even more fun!):

• Craft/lollipop sticks

• Googly eyes

• Feathers

• Buttons

• Lego pieces

• A rolling pin 

• Cookie cutters

• Pipe cleaners

• Old jigsaw pieces

Leaving a selection of loose items on a tray with a ball of play dough is the perfect invitation to play!

4) Sensory Development: 

Our doughs are also scented, meaning that as well as gaining a sensory aspect via touch, your child's sense of smell is also working hard! Our doughs are especially liked by sensory-seekers who need that additional sensory input. This makes it a perfect activity to do before bed, when there's a need to sit calmly and quietly.
