A little late posting this one, the birthday boy likes a round of golf followed by a nice Guinness. Happy 30th birthday Paraic 🥳 cake a 9 inch Belgian chocolate biscuit. Wood effect embossed fondant gives the look of an ice bucket and foxes glacier mints for the ice cubes, I think it’s a pretty COOL cake 🤣

Some where over the rainbow……there’s Coco Melon 🤣 Have to admit cartoons aren’t a thing in my life anymore so hadn’t a clue who these guys were …….I still don’t 🫣 but they are cute 🥰 I made this little guys Christening cake and now he’s turned 1 ……don’t know where that year went ! First tall cake of 2023 and I think this is my tallest yet ! One of my most requested flavours…….salted caramel! Love doing tall cakes with an ombré finish, the taller the cake the better the drip ! Topped off with some homemade meringue kisses, homemade French macarons and some Lindt salted caramel truffles ! To finish it off a mirrored acrylic cake topper ! Hope Berna had a fab 50th
