I’m currently looking for a capable, reliable person to take on a Café Manager role in a busy breakfast and coffee shop.

This is a hands-on position within a small team and involves taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the café — maintaining high standards and ensuring service runs smoothly, even during busy mornings.

It would suit someone with experience in a café or hospitality setting who is confident, practical, and comfortable leading from the front.

🕒 Hours: While we operate daytime hours, the role includes opening, closing, preparation, and general admin/operational responsibilities.

💶 Pay:Competitive and reflective of experience and level of responsibility.
