Sweet pastry resting in fridge until tomorrow.

This yummy pastry does not have to be blind baked. Which is great, 🤣
You don't have to add cling film and rice

Sweet pastry recipe
100g soft diced butter cubes
80g icing sugar
2 Large Eggs
200g plain flour
Tablespoon Vanilla essences

Pastry cream you will need cornflour, 6 eggs, milk, & strawberries ❤

My favourite time of year is only days away. My mince pies are soaking in brandy. And I added some more this year😁. These are served in a sable pastry and you can also choose an orange almond crumble for on top if you like. Price is same as last year.
