A little thing I've started doing with leftover frosting, I usually always have loads left..it kills me to wash it down the sink and storing it in the fridge...it's never really the same after, I like it as fresh as possible...check it out!

I made this cake this week for the Easter bake off at my in-law's on Sunday and it also won 'Cake of the Week' at Decobake in Galway this evening:-) it made my day :-)
