Soffer's Cake Gallery was started in 2015 after Thaddeus Soffer came back from San Francisco where he trained as a professional Baker and Cake Designer. Thaddeus's family has always produced top quality baking from Wild Bills Magic Brownies to his mother's great wedding cakes.
