One of those people will have a heart the size of Galway and the other 3 will be kind, funny, efficient, obliging, patient, generous and loyal. You are the goat🐐 and Gourmet tart won't be the same without you. We loved having you as part of our team since 2017. Galways loss is Edinburgh's gain. We wish you every happiness. The day after Bridget was born we drove her straight from the hospital to Gourmet Tart on Henry Street. Ali Jalilvand was first in line to hold her followed by Michelle Crehan.Today she lives and works in the neighbourhood and continues to be held by the community of Galways Westend. Happy 22nd birthday Bridget. We love you
