Christmas baking season is officially here 🎄

From show-stopping celebration cakes to beautifully finished festive desserts, our patisserie team in Bácus Bakery are now taking pre-orders for Christmas and party occasions.

Think rich cheesecakes, classic Christmas bakes, indulgent yule logs, roulades and elegant centrepiece cakes, all made in-house and finished with care. Perfect for family gatherings, festive dinners or bringing something special to the table this season.

A little moment of pink perfection from the Bácús counter 💕

Our raspberry profiteroles are crisp choux buns filled with raspberry crème diplomat, topped with whipped ganache, fresh raspberries and a dusting of icing sugar. Light, luxurious, and made fresh by hand each morning.
