We’re absolutely delighted to share that TWO of our products have made it to the finals of the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards 2026! 🇮🇪🌿

This came up at Saturdays class, so I thought I would show you how I use left over apple peel and cores to make pectin for jam and jelly making. The next class with Joanne, is Sunday 23rd August and it’s a Heritage Class celebrating National Heritage week and I will be making Soda Bread and pickles & chutneys and Joanne is talking all about heritage vegetable varieties. We had a brilliant time showcasing Wild Fuschia, with plenty of good food, laughs and great company — and lovely to catch up with Brian McDermott and Dáithí Ó Sé along the way! ☘️
