Tommy has come up in conversation a lot over the pudding deliveries and I am delighted to share the below post on his story 🌟🥰
🎁🌟 On the third days of we spotlight Tommy's story! Tommy was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia as a toddler, but is thankfully doing much better!
Tommy’s mum Roisin says “Tommy is doing fantastic. He is in remission and he got his tracheostomy reversed in May and got it closed in August, as it didn't close itself.
“Tommy started in Junior Infants in September and he loves it. He is such a happy, healthy independent boy now. He will turn 5 on the 12th of December.
“He is so excited for Christmas that he keeps telling us "This is my first proper Christmas since I got sick" This really hits home when he says this, as we see how incredibly lucky we are to have him healthy again.
“Tommy is hoping Santa will make a visit and bring him a tablet this year as he loves to play Roblox. We are really looking forward to a happy and healthy new year and Tommy is very excited to be able to start GAA next year, so it's onwards and upwards for our little superhero.”
