Roll with Mandarins and Almonds
Ingredients:
7 egg whites (room temperature` 300 g fine granulated sugar 1 package instant vanilla pudding
mix
Sliced almonds 300 g heavy cream 30 g vanilla sugar
Instructions: Whip egg whites, add sugar gradually, fold in pudding mix. Bake at 160°C for 20 min. Coo completely. Whip cream with vanilla sugar. Spread filling, add mandarins or other fruits, fold ends and roll.
