We can’t get over these cinnamon french toast bites, try it out for yourself!

Recipe 📝
Ingredients
4 slices of Bundys Brioche
1 egg
½ cup milk
1–2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
For coating: 3 tbsp granulated sugar + 1–2 tsp cinnamon

Method
1. Break the bread: Rip the bread into small bite-sized pieces.
2. Make the custard: Whisk together the egg, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in the melted butter.
3. Coat: Dip each bread cube briefly into the mixture. Don't soak them too long or they'll become soggy.
4. Air fry: Place in a single layer in your air fryer. Cook at 180°C for about 6–8 minutes, shaking/turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
5. Cinnamon sugar: Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. While the bites are still warm, toss them in the cinnamon sugar until well coated.
6. Serve immediately — they're best warm and crispy.
