Getting ready to celebrate a little lady's 10th birthday!
She loves maltesers and unicorns and asked for a three layers cake, with one layer completely dairy free to make happy her little sister.
Here we are with a chocolate maltesers cake with three different fillings: cream pat and homemade marmalade, chocolate and almonds and dairy free whipped cream.

If you don't have time to make a proper buttercream, keep mixing the double cream with icing sugar: you'll get an amazing and quick filling for your sweets!

And if you want to go dairy free, chose the Elmlea vegetable double cream: it's delicious!
